Full store build with custom build-a-box gift experience
Overview
Oh!Boo Chocolates had an outdated website on another platform. They needed a full migration to Shopify with a new design and a custom online experience replicating their in-store build-a-box offering - where customers choose specific chocolates for gift boxes ranging from 4 to 40 pieces.
Approach
- Migrated from an outdated platform to Shopify, building the full storefront from scratch
- Worked closely with the marketing manager throughout - coordinating new product and lifestyle imagery and collaborating on the overall site experience
- Scoped the build-a-box requirement, evaluated third-party app options, and recommended the most suitable solution for their budget and timeline
- Integrated and configured the build-a-box app, handling all theme integration and styling to make the experience feel native to the store
- Built product pages, collections, and navigation to support gift hampers and praline boxes across multiple size options
- Integrated GA4 and Google Search Console for analytics and search performance tracking
Outcomes
Since launch in September 2025, the store has generated $7,437 in revenue across 49 customers and 11,500+ active users, with build-a-box products consistently among the top sellers.
